Rooms for Hire

Are you considering Wesley College as a location for your next function or event?

The Crypt is available year-round, with or without a catering package. It can be booked on a one-off basis or as part of a multi-day event. Our wonderful catering team can accommodate all dietary requirements.

We also have other rooms available for hire outside our 40-week residency (i.e. when our students have vacated the building at the end of the university year).

The Crypt

The Crypt is located at the front of Wesley College, beneath our beautiful chapel. Featuring expansive glass doors that lead to our Front Lawns and a covered deck area, the space is perfect for a variety of theatre-style, boardroom or workshop events. High-speed Wi-Fi, projector, video-conferencing, tea/coffee facilities, and full catering options are all available.

The Dining Hall

Our beautiful, traditional Dining Hall is available for large functions, dinners, and conference events, outside the academic year. It provides a memorable backdrop for any formal event. Contact us for details on capacity and availability.

The Junior Common Room

Our Junior Common Room (JCR) area includes a well-equipped seminar room, smaller meeting spaces, and breakout areas, perfect for meetings, workshops, and smaller presentations. The main seminar room is equipped with full AV facilities. Further details can be provided on request.
