From elite athletes to Sunday strollers, there is a sport for everyone at Wesley. Represent the college in one of the competitive Rawson or Rosebowl Cup teams, play social sports in the USYD Intramural Competition, or hit the pavement with the Wesley Run Club.

The Wesley Pride

Wesley's thriving sporting culture fosters athletic ability and achievement. We are renowned for our enthusiastic participation and lively crowds in the intercollegiate Rosebowl Cup (women's sports) and Rawson Cup (men's sports) competitions. Our student-athletes develop their leadership capacity through captaincy and coaching roles in our student-led competitions.

Our athletes also play for University and club teams, and represent the University of Sydney in a variety of sports at Unisport Nationals. Wesley students and alumni have earned the University of Sydney's top sporting honours, including University Blues and Blue of the Year.

The Rawson Cup

The Admiral Sir Harry Rawson Cup, established in 1906, is the pinnacle of male intercollegiate sport at the University of Sydney. Wesley takes pride in the quality and sportsmanship of our competition in all Rawson Cup events:

Social Sport

Participating in sports at Wesley fosters camaraderie and a sense of belonging. Get involved in our active community through social intramural sports, including ultimate frisbee, Oz tag, indoor soccer, badminton, basketball and athletics.
