Christine Lambooy (Nee Bain) (Wesley 1976-1977)
I am now living on the Sunshine Coast after graduating in 1981 with MBBS. My husband Sebastian is a GP and keen veteran cyclist. We have 4 kids, 4 cows a cat and a dog. I am currently working at Breastscreen Nambour.
 

Emeritus Professor Laksiri Jayasuriya A.M (1951-1954)

I was one of the first Asian scholars to be appointed to an academic position in an Australian university (University of Sydney) in 1954. I have been at the University of Western Australia for over 25 years where I held the Foundation Chair of Social Work and Social Administration until retirement in 1992. In 1985 I was awarded the Membership in the General Division of the Order of Australia (AM) - the first Sri Lankan in Australia to receive an Australian Honours Award. In 1998 I was recognised by the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission of Australia on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the UN Declaration of Human Rights, as one of 50 leading Australians who have contributed to promoting the objectives of the UN Declaration in Australia.

 

Debbie Plath - (1979-1980)

I have been working as a lecturer in social work at the University of Newcastle since 1992. I also completed my PhD at Newcastle. I have 2 gorgeous boys. Thomas who is 7 and Aidan who is 4 months. I am currently on maternity leave from my job at the Uni and living at Hallidays Point on the mid north coast with husband Greg and the boys - enjoying a very pleasant lifestyle.

 

Andrew de Graaff

I have been living in Melbourne for the last 4 years and am working for ANZ Bank as a Product Manager. I got married on the 9th of December 2000 to my Sancta Sophia sweetheart Georgia Currie and I am studying for a Graduate Diploma of Management at Monash University.

I am now retired from work with the Health Department in 1994 and enjoying my retirement.

 

Jane Sloane (nee Chamberlain) (Wesley 1988 - 1991)

My husband (Tom Sloane at Wesley 1988) and I married 6 years and had our first gorgeous baby daughter on 16 October 2000 - Madeline Anna Sloane. All are doing well.
