Ross awarded 3rd place in Oration

At the first Incollegiate Palladian event of 2017, our selected Orators, Ross McKinlay and Alasdair McLachlan, produced sterling speeches on the topic ‘Good People Are Too Boring To Write About’.

In house oration trials to earn the coveted roles attracted a crowd of 60 collegians.

With just 1 week to prepare, both speakers impressed in a high-class field.

Ross McKinlay earned us our first podium spot of the year, being awarded 3rd place!

Both or our orators were commended on their clarity of language and quality of approach.
