Wesley College is a Uniting Church Residential College for young women and men who undertake full time undergraduate study at the University of Sydney. We are situated in the centre of the University campus in Camperdown, very close to the Sydney CBD and at the same time surrounded by the beautiful heritage buildings of the college precinct and green spaces of the University.

We are currently seeking to fill the position of Director of Programs. This role reports to the Master and forms part of the executive leadership team of the College. This position is responsible for enhancing day to day student life, working alongside the Director of Students.
The Director of Programs is responsible for designing and delivering a range of co-curricular activities and enrichment opportunities for student residents that promote participation in collegiate life, support career exploration, engage leadership development, and foster a wide range of personal development opportunities. The Director of Programs also has a role in engaging with general wellbeing and pastoral care of the student body. This is a unique role that allows you to engage in a creative and dynamic way with young adults to help them achieve their best selves.
The Academic Dean of the College report directly to this position. The Director of Programs, under direction of the Master, maintains effective relationships with students and other relevant stakeholders.
The Director of Programs is expected to reside on site in an unfurnished self-contained apartment. The position is full time and requires a flexible approach to working hours. The remuneration package for the position, which includes salary plus an accommodation package will be negotiated based on the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience.
