| KEYCARDS

|
Your Keycard gives you access to all external doors
of the College and to your room. Please note the large
front doors of the College close at 7pm and reopen at
7am. On the day of your departure please leave your
key at reception by 10am.
Before/After hours keys may be placed underneath the
reception office door. Please do not leave your keycard
in your room or the door. Please keep your room locked
at all times.

| TELEPHONES

Every room has a phone.
Incoming calls - you can receive incoming calls
without paying to use the phone. Messages left on the
phone cannot be retrieved.
Outgoing calls
- To operate the phone in your room a $22 credit is
to be paid at the Reception office. You will then be
given a security code to access an outside line. This
money acts as your credit and will be used as you make
phone calls.
In house calls
- you need only to dial the 3 digit extension number
for each room. No cost is involved.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- If you check out on the weekend, YOU MUST settle your
phone account before Friday 4pm as you may have money
owing to you and you may also owe money on your phone
account. You cannot retrieve messages left on the phone.

College is available for guests with parking permits.

Breakfast is served in the Dining Hall adjacent to
the foyer. Service is cafeteria style, unless otherwise
notified. Breakfast is available to casual guests.

If your time of departure is earlier than breakfast
hours contact Administration to organise a light breakfast.

Washing machines $3 per wash ($1 coins only) and dryers are free. Laundry
can be found through the green door in the courtyard
and on other levels within the College. (See directory
in the foyer). |

and watching TV are in the Junior Common Room (see directory

Science Rd on the University campus. The Newtown shopping
centre is on King St (10 mins walk in a south-west direction). |
